DO NOT BUY THIS SOFTWARE!!! DOESN'T WORK? WE'VE GOT YOUR MONEY. Do not buy this software!! adr couldn't even detect/connect to my galaxy s2, even though windows and samsung kies could. I sent a request for a refund within 24 hours along with a screenshot showing windows connected. I found that tenorshare's refund policy is: "we've got your money and we're going to keep it even if our software doesn't work for you, the operating system of my galaxy s2 had become buggy--contacts would appear then disappear and i couldn't back them up. Samsung kies could backup everything else, but not contacts. I could also save files through windows. Because of their advertising i thought that android data recovery might be able to access contacts---but it couldn't even detect the device. I immediately asked for a refund but they refused to give me a refund---their excuse was that my system was buggy! what? that's why i downloaded the program in the first place! apparently the software may be working for some people, but when a company treats its customers with such shoddy disregard, one can't help but wonder what other shady business practices they might engage in, e. G., i wonder how many positive reviews are by tenorshare employees? beware! do not buy this software! Pros: NOTHING - wouldn't even connect Cons: It would be helpful if it would connect to your device. :)
